Emily Osbun Bermes MA, CPCC, ACC
President
Ms. Bermes holds a Bachelor's Degree in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication from Purdue University, a Masters Degree in Business and Professional Communication from Purdue University, and is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC); a credential widely recognized as the most prestigious and rigorous in the coaching industry. This certification is also recognized around the world by the International Coach Federation, the international governing body for professional coaches.
Ms. Bermes began her career in Human Resources and subsequently spent 12 years as a Faculty Member in the Department of Communication at Indiana University-Purdue University, Fort Wayne. In her time there she was both an Honors Faculty member and the Basic Course Director. She taught courses in the undergraduate and graduate programs.
Ms. Bermes has been a Communication Consultant since 2000, and expanded Solstice Coaching & Consulting Inc. to include Personal and Professional Coaching in 2002. As the founder of the organization, she enjoys the long-standing relationships with corporate clients who continue to see the value of coaching as a professional and leadership development tool. She maintains a small practice, working primarily with senior executives and entrepreneurs.
A 2008 Future Forty winner, she is a widely followed writer with a column in Fort Wayne Living in 2005-2006, and now with a quarterly column in Business People Magazine. Guenevere Morr CPCC, ACC
Principal Coach
Guenevere Morr is a Personal & Professional Coach with a BGS from Indiana University. She is a graduate of The Coaches Training Institute and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) as recognized by the International Coach Federation. Ms. Morr established her career while living and working in New York, NY. Her professional background includes 15+ combined years experience in management, staffing, and administration. Specifically, her work with Drake Beam Morins Center for Executive Options, an elite outplacement boutique, involved working closely with senior executives of Fortune 100 companies to assist in their career transitions and development.
Guens coaching style has been described as intuitive, compassionate and empowering. As one entrepreneur client explains, She has the ability to take you to places you only dream of, and turns those places into an attainable reality. Ms. Morr is also a graduate of the American Musical & Dramatic Academy in New York, NY, and currently serving on the Arts United Board of Directors. She is a regular contributing author to Fort Wayne Living Magazine, co-host of WGLs Life By Design and a polished and captivating speaker and presenter.

Donna Krone CFP, CPCC
Associate Coach
Ms. Krone is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and a Certified Financial Planner. Her vast experience in business, combined with her warm interpersonal skills, gives her a unique presence as a powerful leadership coach.
Donna received her coach training and her certification at The Coaches Training Institute (CTI), the premier international coaching school accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). She furthered her knowledge by completing training with The Center for Third Age Leadership and holds a license as a Third Age Fulfillment Coach." Donna is a graduate of a year-long CTI leadership intensive in Northern California, which focuses on both internal competencies and high impact front-of-the-room leadership skills. Donna has studied Tim Kelleys Know Your Purpose curriculum and has taken courses from The Center for Right Relationships Organization and Relationship Systems coaching program. Donna recently completed a term on the board of directors for the Life Planning Network. She rounds out her diverse skills with an early career as a Registered Nurse, holding a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth.
Donna is an Associate Coach with Solstice Coaching and Consulting Inc., where she brings her powerful one-on-one coaching style to senior and mid-level leaders. She also has her own practice in Boston, where she works with financial advisors, senior leaders, and Baby Boomers in transition.
Along with her one-on-one coaching, Donna is known for creating and presenting a wide assortment of unique experiential workshops and group coaching classes focused on personal transformation and sustainable change. Kira McGovern CPCC
Associate Coach
Kira McGovern conducted her training with the internationally renowned Coaches Training Institute and is a Certified Professional Coach. She is a member of the International Coach Federation, The Organizational Development Learning Group, and is an alumna of University of California, Berkeley. She has completed CTIs esteemed, year-long leadership program and has advanced training in personal and organizational relationship systems.
As and Associate Coach with Solstice Coaching and Consulting Inc., she works with an array of middle to senior executives. Her insightful, down-to-earth and practical approach make her a coach who connects to her clients quickly and in meaningful ways. Ms. McGovern is also the President of The Big Groove, her own coaching organization in Boston. Kira's clients have included partners and top executives at high-tech and professional service firms, and leaders at higher education institutions, and community organizations.
Kira came to coaching with 15 years experience in start-up, change management and business development in both the private and social sectors. As Founding Executive Director of Giving New England, Kira led an entrepreneurial initiative to leverage new economy resources for social profit. Under Kira's direction, Giving New England emerged as an innovative leader in the field of venture philanthropy, and was featured in Kiplinger's, The Boston Globe, Boston Business Journal, National Public Radio and Women's Business.
During Kira's seven-year tenure as Vice President of Impact Boston, a consulting firm specializing in Strategies for Safe Living, IMPACT gained national recognition as an innovative industry leader, and was featured in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, National Public Radio, and The Boston Globe. Kira is also co-founder of the LiveSafe Foundation, IMPACT's nonprofit partner, where she served as board president and trustee for five years.

Dawn Harry M.Ed., CPCC
Associate Coach
Dawn Harry holds her Masters degree in Human Development & Cognition and received her professional coach training from the highly acclaimed Coaches Training Institute. Her areas of specialty include team building, human growth and learning, and social/emotional intelligence. Dawn works with clients in the corporate, non-profit, and education sectors to create clear and compelling visions of what they want to achieve, strategic plans for how to get there, and support to maintain momentum toward their goals and balance in their lives.
She is a Coaches Training Institute Circle Coach for the Quest Leadership program and is an adjunct faculty member at University of Washington and Seattle Pacific University.
