Emily Osbun Bermes MA, CPCC, ACC
President
Ms. Bermes holds a Bachelor's Degree in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication from Purdue University, a Masters Degree in Business and Professional Communication from Purdue University, and is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC); a credential widely recognized as the most prestigious and rigorous in the coaching industry. This certification is also recognized around the world by the International Coach Federation, the international governing body for professional coaches.
Ms. Bermes began her career in Human Resources in largely industrial environments, and subsequently spent 12 years as a Resident Faculty Member in the Department of Communication at Indiana University-Purdue University, Fort Wayne. In her time there she was both an Honors Faculty member and the Basic Course Director where she supervised 30-40 Associate Faculty Members per term and directed a course taken by nearly 2,500 students a semester. Areas of expertise and instruction included Interpersonal Communication, Business and Professional Communication and Pedagogical Design and Strategy.
Ms. Bermes began consulting in organizations in 2000, and expanded Solstice Coaching & Consulting Inc. to include Executive Coaching in 2002 to help meet a burgeoning market need. As the founder and president of the organization, she enjoys the long-standing relationships with corporate clients who continue to see the value of coaching as a professional and leadership development tool. She maintains a small coaching practice of her own, working primarily with senior-level executives.
A 2008 Future Forty winner (top Business Leaders under 40), she is also an accomplished speaker and writer.

Richard J. Kinsley M.B.A

In addition to being a partner with Solstice Coaching & Consulting, Rick also owns affiliate company The Kinsley Group a professional services firm specializing in human capital consulting, leadership assessment, talent development strategies and retained executive search. Prior to these roles Rick was a corporate officer and held senior management positions with Fortune 500 companies including AlliedSignal, Standard Oil of Ohio and British Oxygen Corporation. Rick has been directly accountable for the global leadership of people processes and programs for large, multi-national companies serving global markets. Earlier in his career Rick held general management, sales, marketing, business development, operations, and quality management positions.
Rick has extensive experience consulting with C-suite executives, Board members and other senior functional leaders. His industry experience includes materials, mining, electronics, capital equipment, life sciences, retail and consumer packaging. He is a sought-after facilitator and public speaker. His effectiveness in facilitating large leadership forums intended to launch strategic initiatives or otherwise optimize organizational performance, combined with his broad knowledge of business strategies, processes and best practices, have proven exceptionally valuable to his clients.

Rick earned dual degrees (Economics and Human Resources Management) from Le Moyne College and his MBA from the University of Rochester's Simon Business School. Paige Chen M.B.A., CPCC

Paige Chen holds an engineering degree from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business. She received her coaching certification from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), the training program widely recognized as the most prestigious in the coaching industry.
Ms. Chen brings over 15 years of business experience to her coaching and consulting practice. She is an established business strategist having worked as a management consultant at McKinsey, a marketing consultant at R.R. Donnelley serving both US and international clients, and most recently, as Vice President of Strategic Planning at Wells Fargo. She was also a key member of the leadership team at Internet startup, HomeGain, responsible for developing a new concept into a $6 million business in its first year and the fastest growing product line during her tenure there. Dawn Harry holds her Masters degree in Human Development & Cognition and received her professional coach training from the highly acclaimed Coaches Training Institute. Her areas of specialty include team building, human growth and learning, and social/emotional intelligence. She furthered her knowledge by completing training with The Center for Third Age Leadership and holds a license as a Third Age Fulfillment Coach." Donna is a graduate of a year-long CTI leadership intensive in Northern California, which focuses on both internal competencies and high impact front-of-the-room leadership skills. Ms. Dahm began her career in sports marketing for the Indianapolis Colts and has since worked in marketing and event planning in the nonprofit sector and higher education. Her management experiences include positions in both Financial Development and serving as Associate Director of Student Services at Keiser University in Tampa, Florida.
Ms. Dahm has been with Solstice since 2010 and is currently the firm’s Project Manager. Her responsibilities include coordinating projects and managing operations and communication with 20-70 “end-users” on any given project. Claudia Eben is a Swiss based Executive Coach who specializes in leadership development and building confidence in the work place. She holds a German Degree in Business Administration comparable to the MBA.
